History
Mike Muller is an integral part of the NYC blues rock community and can be found in Greenwich Village’s The Red Lion every Monday at Big Ed’s World Famous Blues Jam as a leading participant or as a member of the house band. Mike has performed with Popa Chubby, Big Ed Sullivan, and his close friend Arthur Neilson of Shemekia Copeland fame. He also works frequently as a songwriter, session player, and producer for top New York acts.
Mike is known across France through his touring and his association with Le Collectif des Radio Blues. Marc Loisin has been a huge supporter of Mike and a super friend. When MULLER's first single "Dirty Hole" is released, expect to hear it played on the 50+ stations in the Collectif des Radio Blues with presenters in France, Belgium, Quebec, and Africa.

Manu Lanvin, an established French music star since 2012's release of Mauvais Casting with The Devil Blues, has played at the Jazz Foundation of America Gala and the iconic Apollo Theater. His albums Son(s) of the Blues; Blues, Booze and Rock 'n' Roll; and Grand Casino have won accolades including one of Le Parisien's Best Albums of the Year and the French Press Association's 2017 Best Male Performer Globe de Cristal.

Mike and Manu met in 2013 when Mike was playing bass on a session at Manu's La Chocolaterie Studio in Paris. Since then they have sustained a trans-Atlantic friendship, with Manu visiting New York to gig with Mike's bands.
In 2023 Mike returned to France for his first tour since Covid, selling out all seven dates. Assembling a new act for his next European tour, Mike asked Manu to recommend a guitar player. Manu's reply, "Why not me?" launched their collaboration.
In March 2024 Manu returned to New York to record three new Muller originals for MULLER's debut EP. The basic tracks were cut in a Brooklyn studio, with Mike jetting to Paris the following month to record final vocals and overdubs. MULLER featuring Manu Lanvin tours Europe in support of this new release in 2025. Mike's contributions on bass will also appear on Manu Lanvin's upcoming Gel Productions release The NYC Sessions.
